I ordered three for Christmas presents. They rang me as one of the beers was no longer available and what did I want the replace n It. The girl I spoke to was really good and we sorted it. Only two arrived one with a broken bottle which wet the box thoroughly and spoilt the other contents. I emailed to explain. They rang me and asked did I want a refund or a replacement. Two boxes duly arrived unscathed. Only problem hubby saw the Timmy Taylor logo on the box and is harassing me to give him a pre Christmas gift. Lovely selection inside for the beer drinker. Will definitely use again. Well done
